Getting Started

1. Access the Automation Hub

Navigate to the Automation Hub from your main dashboard or marketplace:

The hub features a three-panel layout:

  • Left Panel: Connected apps and data preview
  • Center Panel: Quick automations and workflow execution
  • Bottom Panel: Email integration and custom workflow builder

IMAP Settings Configuration

Configure your email provider's IMAP settings for receiving emails:

Mandatory Review Process

Every workflow must be reviewed and confirmed before execution. This ensures you understand exactly what actions will be performed.

Review each step of the workflow:

  • Step name and description

  • Action to be performed
  • Email involvement warnings

2. Email Settings Check

System verifies email configuration status:

  • Email configured and disclaimer accepted
  • Email not configured - email actions will be skipped

3. Responsibility Confirmation

You must confirm:

  • You have reviewed the workflow
